The build is a one-time cost, and it can be paid in milestones. That's the number that matters. Everything else — hosting, backups, support — is in the fine print below, and it's optional.

The fine print

The care plan is optional. If you take it, it covers hosting and domain, daily backups, security updates, fixing anything that breaks, and a few hours each month for small changes and questions. You can stop it at any time — we hand over a full copy of your data and system and help you move it. If you'd rather not take it, hosting and updates are yours to handle; your system still runs.

You pay as finished parts appear — things you can see and try yourself.

3At launch

The final portion once it's live and we've trained your team on it.

Do the prices include VAT?▼
Yes. Listed prices are VAT-inclusive, and you get a receipt. We're DTI-registered and tax-paying, so your accountant can book what you pay us as a proper expense.
What if I want to add things later?▼
That's normal — nearly every client adds things. Small changes are covered by the care plan. A big new section gets its own quote before we start. You'll never be billed for something you didn't agree to.
What if I don't want to work with you anymore?▼
We hand over everything — the data, the accounts, and the system — and help you move to a new developer. No drama, nothing held hostage.
Do I have to take the care plan?▼
No. It's optional. If you skip it, hosting, backups, and updates are yours to handle — your system still runs, and it's still yours. Most people take it because they'd rather not think about servers or security patches, and want someone to call when something breaks. Your choice.
